Project Management & Construction
During the on-site construction stage, our team will take the full role of project
management and runs the entire site works for our client. We are the single
point of contact of our clients and they can truly rely on us for everything. We
free our clients up to concentrate on their business, manage their workforce
but not the contractors. We shall deliver:
• Overall project schedule to keep track a proper progress of each trade
• Detailed quotation and timely variation orders to reflect the updated project
cost
• Site meetings and regular progress reports to client
• Intensive site supervision to ensure precision in design implementation and fit-
out quality
• Co-ordination with all involved parties, including direct vendors of client, for
all round and proper execution of works to project completion
